Authorized individuals can turn access to the Assessment Creator tool ON/OFF for all district users through the Content Administration page.
Required role: District Content Admin or Campus Content Admin
Site access: System Management > Content Administration
Go to System Management and click on Content Administration.
In the Unit Assessment Items row, click the Create My Version toggle ON.
NOTE: Restrictions based on grade level, subject, and course can be applied to Unit Assessment Items. To learn more about Unit Assessment Item restrictions, click here.
If district users should also have access to Formative Spiral Items in Math, make sure this Create My Version setting is also ON:
When the Create My Version setting is ON, district users can access the Assessment Creator tool through the District Resources tab.
To completely turn OFF access to the Assessment Creator tool, both the Unit Assessment Items and Formative Spiral Items settings must be turned OFF in Content Administration.
Users will then be blocked from the tool when accessing through the District Resources tab.
