In the Content Access section of System Management, District and Campus Content Administrators are able to manage the ability for users to create customized versions of both TCMPC and district-created IFD and YAG components.
REQUIRED ROLE: District Content Admin or Campus Content Admin
SITE ACCESS: System Management > Content Access
Click on the System Management drop-down in the site's main navigation menu, and select the Content Access option.
Managing Customization of Content
The Create My Version setting allows you to control whether or not basic users within your district are able to create individually customized versions of TCMPC and district-created IFDs and YAGs.
If the Create My Version feature is ON, a Create My Version button will appear for individual users at the top of the correlating TCMPC and district-created component documents within the site. Custom content created through the Create My Version feature is only visible to the user that generates it.
If the Create My Version feature is turned OFF by unchecking the box(es), the Create My Version button will be hidden from view on TCMPC and district-created content for district users. Therefore, users will be prevented from being able to create customized versions of the content.
